Shipping from Finland
Most of the items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Only made to order items may have a longer turnaround time. Items purchased on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will be shipped in the beginning of the following week. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
My general wish is that my customers contact me in case there any questions or so.
In case the item is broken during the delivery/ lost during the delivery/ not for your liking, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
If you receive a broken item, I will do my very best to help you with the case.
If you do not like your item, you can return it in its original packing and in prime condition unusable within 14 days of receiving the package. I will return you the entire sum (item + shipping). The customer is always responsible of the returning shipping and possible custom charges. These will not be refunded.
